ABOUT
Shrikar Nag.
A builder’s perspective.
I’m interested in what happens when organizations become more capable—and how people keep a meaningful say in what they do.
I’m the co-founder and CEO of Tymeline and the author of The Dystopian Mind. My work brings together software, organizational execution, and questions about human agency.
At Tymeline, the focus is practical: connecting commitments, owners, and evidence across complex engineering programs. In my writing, the lens gets wider: how do the systems we build change the way we think, work, and live?
01 / BUILDING
Tymeline
Making complex work easier to see.
Tymeline works across the tools, teams, and dependencies of engineering programs, connecting delivery commitments with evidence of what is happening. Its current focus spans silicon, firmware, equipment, and qualification programs.
The company’s approach brings AI assistance together with permissions and human approval. The central question is how to act earlier without losing accountability.
Company milestones include selection for Start-Up Chile’s 2024 Ignite cohort and backing from IA Global Ventures.

Looking beyond
the next release.
The Dystopian Mind explores how unfamiliar technologies become ordinary—and how their consequences can disappear into everyday life.
Alongside the book, my writing and work with the Tymeline team examine organizational intelligence, coordination, and the relationship between AI systems and the people who use them.
